Airbnb Does Not Send My Host Payout For 3 Months

I'm an Airbnb host. My last guest stayed at my apartment in January 2024 with reservation code HMHCAMWQEX. Airbnb has not released my payment for three months. I've sent them hundreds of messages requesting a resolution, but all they offer are apologies and assurances that their engineers are working on it. As a result, I've canceled all my bookings, suspended my Airbnb account, and am not accepting any new bookings.

After my complaint was published, the Airbnb team contacted me and asked me to update my payment method. Despite having 2 valid and verified account numbers registered on my account, I added 2 new payment methods. In response, I was informed that the payment would be made within 3-5 days after the new accounts were approved. I told them that I had received the same response several times before and the payment had not been made. They then said that they couldn't make my payment due to a technical issue, that they were working to resolve this issue, but couldn't give a timeframe for the solution. I have not been able to receive my payment due to a technical issue that has not been resolved for 3 months and it is unknown when it will be resolved.

I am still trying to resolve payment issue with Airbnb. Las week ı loffered them to return the payment to the guest. They said thay can not. They asked me to update the payout methods on my account. I have changed my payout methods and added two new bank accounts. Airbnb verified both accounts and confirmed that they would make my payout between 2-7 days peridod. However it did not happen, as usual. Now they talk about a very rare, unusual technical problem, probably a bug. They never give me a deadline for solution. What they do is to send me the same robot answers which are not relevant. I have spent more than 3 months to Fix this problem. I have sent more than 900 messages to airbnb. They have sent me exactly the same answer 268 times. They always say "ve understand yuu, ve are extremely sorry, you are right, it is a technical problem, ve are working hard but ve don't know when it will be solved" ı am extremely dissappointed with their service policy and practices. They never look after any problem seriously. There is nobody in Airbnb organization, who has the power to Fix a problem. They are Only call center people with no authority. They used to close the files without bringing any solution. Then ı have to re open a file and start from scratch. I cant believe how a global company be so ignorant. They just do not care about customer complaints and wait for me to forget this matter and quit. This is pure psychological Abuse and manipulation, beyond my loss of time and Money. They abused my goodwill and Trust and they still do,.
