Airbnb Does Not Pay My Refund

I had to cancel my reservation request because the host sent me a message and asked me to withdraw the house reservation request on August 3, 2023. I withdrew the reservation request before 24 hours were up. The 542 euros I paid were not refunded to my account. STILL. I contacted the Airbnb support team, but there was no solution; they just said the same things over and over like "be patient," "nothing to worry about," "it will be okay," etc. It's been 40 days, and I have not received my money yet.
