I'm an Airbnb host since 2013 and since 2015 I own a hostel and have had so many guests from airbnb. But since may 2024 they didn't send me any payment and it is high season now and estimately they need to send more then 50.000 tl. I've sent airbnb customer service hundreds of messages and instead of a solution, every time they find another excuse or said that they'll fix it but nothing happens. Their biggest excuse was that something is wrong with my bank. Yeah, of course 🙄 Today I said enough, and close all my listings so that no guest can book. It feels like somebody in the airbnb customer service is stealing money, but no more, until airbnb sends me all of the payment I'll keep all my listings close to reservation.
