Air Asia Airlines Delays Made Me Miss Connecting Flights
Our December 9, 9:55 PM flight from Denpasar to Sabiha Gökçen was delayed, causing us to miss our connecting flights. The plane finally departed at 11:15 PM, but we were stranded at Kuala Lumpur airport, where our next connection to Doha was scheduled. We spent the night at the airport searching for help, only to be ignored by Qatar Airways representatives, who simply redirected us to Malaysia Airlines.
It was exhausting and frustrating to be left without any support. Why have airport offices if they cannot resolve issues? Instead, we were handed a number and dismissed. With no means to make calls abroad, we felt helpless. Air Asia was also disappointing, and I urge others to avoid Kuala Lumpur for connections. This experience was an absolute letdown. Qatar Airways and Malaysia Airlines need to take responsibility and improve their services.
