Air Arabia Delay Caused Missed Connection and 12+ Hour Wait Without Proper Support
On July 27, 2025, during my Kenya–Sharjah–Istanbul connecting flight with Air Arabia, the departure from Kenya was delayed by 1 hour and 30 minutes, which caused me to miss my Istanbul connection. As a result, I was forced to wait a total of 12 hours and 30 minutes at Sharjah Airport. During this long delay, only dinner was provided, and I was told accommodation would be arranged afterward, yet no hotel stay was ever provided. Beyond that single meal, no additional support, guidance, or care was offered throughout the entire waiting period. I sent two emails regarding this matter, but only received automated responses saying the issue would be investigated, with no further follow-up. My reservation number is 623748123, and I paid ₺23,500 for this ticket, which was not covered by insurance. Being left stranded for over 12 hours without proper care or compensation is unacceptable. I am demanding that Air Arabia compensate me for the delay and hardship I suffered and resolve this issue without further neglect.
