Agoda Booked Me at the Wrong Hotel in Rome - Left Me With No Place to Stay

I made an online reservation through Agoda for a hotel in Rome, but when I arrived, the last two nights of my stay were missing from the hotel’s system. After facing several difficulties, I finally reached an Agoda customer agent online, and they told me that due to a system error, my reservation had been made at a different hotel. I went to that other hotel to check, but no one answered the door. I still don’t know if it was a real hotel or if I had any booking there. Despite contacting Agoda multiple times over several days, they did not fix the issue or offer any kind of solution. I was left out on the street in Rome, a city that is not even in my home country. Absolutely terrible experience. Do not trust Agoda.
