Green Bay Resort Booking via Agoda Not Found by Hotel, Forced to Cancel
I booked a 4-night stay at Green Bay Resort & SPA through Agoda (Reservation No: 1654477983) with check-in on October 4 and check-out on October 8. The reservation appeared confirmed in the system.
However, when I called the hotel directly, they informed me that my reservation did not exist in their system and advised me to cancel it. Based on this, I canceled my booking.
During this process, I contacted Agoda customer service and was told that my reservation was confirmed. Yet, the hotel clearly stated that they had no record of my booking. Because of this discrepancy, I request a full refund of ₺22,584.94 to the credit card I used for payment.

I kindly ask that this issue be resolved quickly and that my refund be processed without further delay.
