Agoda Reservation Canceled Without My Request

I made a reservation at Salamis Hotel through Agoda for August 17-23, 2025, but I received an email stating that my booking was canceled. However, I never requested a cancellation and have already purchased my flight tickets based on this reservation.

When I contacted the hotel, they informed me that they did not cancel the booking and advised me to reach out to Agoda. Unfortunately, I am unable to get in touch with anyone at Agoda for assistance.

I urgently request that my reservation be reinstated as soon as possible. This cancellation was a mistake, and I should not have to suffer the consequences of an error I did not cause. Agoda must take responsibility for this issue and resolve it immediately.
