Agoda Refuses Refund Despite Medical Emergency and Injury

I made a reservation through Agoda for the B&B Hotel Paris 17 Batignolles for March 28–30 (reservation number 1703547014). However, shortly before these dates, I was involved in a traffic accident and suffered a broken leg. Despite submitting my condition to Agoda with up-to-date X-ray images and an official medical board report, my reservation was not canceled and no refund was issued.
After contacting Agoda via email, I only received a response saying, “We’re sorry to hear that, we will evaluate your case,” but no further updates were provided. Despite experiencing a serious medical issue and submitting all required documentation, I am disappointed by the delay and lack of resolution.
Due to my medical condition, which prevented me from staying at the hotel, I request that Agoda review this case and issue a full refund of the amount I paid.
