Agoda Delays $709 Refund for 50 Days After Hotel Cancellation

I made a reservation through Agoda for a stay at Hotel Malar in Paris, France, from February 24–28, paying $709 in full upfront. However, I canceled the reservation the following day. The booking was already listed as refundable, and Agoda also informed me via email that the refund would be processed within one month at the latest.

As of today, approximately 50 days have passed, and no refund has been credited to my account. It is nearly impossible to reach Agoda—I cannot find a clear point of contact and feel like I am being continuously delayed. My reservation number is 1697859635.

I request that the full $709 I paid for this reservation be refunded to me without any further delay, in accordance with the stated cancellation policy.
