My name is Ömür Ö*** S***. I made a reservation through Agoda at B&B HOTEL Paris 17 Batignolles for myself and my wife, Nurdan S***, under the reservation number 1703547014, with check‑in on 28 March 2026 and check‑out on 30 March 2026. After completing this reservation, I had a serious motorcycle accident and suffered a broken leg, which is currently in a cast. I am under ongoing medical treatment, and my doctor will re‑examine me soon to decide whether surgery is required. Because of this unexpected medical emergency and the uncertainty about my ability to travel, we are unable to proceed with our planned trip to Paris and our stay at the hotel on the reserved dates. I have a current medical report and X‑ray images documenting my condition, and I can share these as proof if needed. Considering these exceptional medical circumstances, I kindly request that the total amount I paid for reservation number 1703547014 be fully refunded as an exception to the usual cancellation rules. We were very much looking forward to this trip, but at the moment my health situation does not allow me to travel.
