Agoda Refused to Cancel Dirty Unsafe Milan Hostel Booking

I made a reservation through Agoda for a hostel in Milan, Italy under booking number 644163247, with check‑in on 3 April. When I saw the condition of the property, I found it to be very dirty and unsafe, and it was completely different from what I had expected from the listing on Agoda. Because of the poor hygiene and safety concerns, I don't want to stay there and ask for my booking to be cancelled. I contacted both the hostel and Agoda customer service to request cancellation, but my request was refused. Given the unacceptable condition of the hostel and the fact that it did not feel safe or clean enough to stay in, I am asking Agoda to cancel my booking and provide a full refund. I also request that Agoda review this property’s listing, as its current state does not match a reasonable standard for guests.
