Agoda Refused Refund for Rest Chinatown Hotel Singapore Booking
On October 20, 2025, I made a reservation through Agoda.com for the Rest Chinatown Hotel in Singapore (Reservation No: 1944913099). The total cost of the reservation was $71, which I paid by credit card.
I later tried to cancel my booking, but my cancellation request was rejected by Agoda.com. While the booking terms did not include a free cancellation policy, I explained that the hotel is always fully booked and kindly asked for assistance, as the room could easily be resold. Despite this, no solution was provided.
I have never experienced a similar issue before. I expect Agoda.com to resolve this matter and refund the full amount I paid for the reservation.

The cancellation terms of my reservation did not include a free cancellation option; however, they stated that it was always fully booked and therefore support could be provided. Despite this, no solution was offered. I have never experienced a similar problem before. I am still waiting for agoda.com to resolve my complaint and refund the amount I paid.
