Agoda Refund Request After Wrong Hotel Date Booking in Vienna
Today at 2:15 PM, a booking was mistakenly made through Agoda at the Prize by Radisson Vienna Hotel with the wrong reservation date. Immediately after realizing the mistake, I contacted Agoda via email, but I have not received any response yet, and there is no WhatsApp number available for direct communication. It has been nearly two hours, and still no reply has been provided.
I paid $262 for this reservation. Due to the incorrect date, I am experiencing serious inconvenience. I am requesting that the reservation date be corrected or, at the very least, that the booking be canceled with a full refund. If the date can be updated, there will be no further issue.
I kindly ask that this matter be resolved urgently.
