Agoda Booking Date Change - Non-Refundable Reservation Error
I accidentally made a reservation through Agoda.com for Hotel Marmont in Geneva for October 24–26, instead of my intended dates, November 22–24. I noticed the mistake just six minutes after completing the payment and receiving the booking and invoice confirmation, and I immediately tried to contact both Agoda and the hotel. However, it has been 13 hours, and I still haven’t received any response. The Agoda booking page states that the reservation is “non-refundable.” My intention is not to cancel the booking but simply to correct the incorrect dates. I also purchased my Pegasus flight tickets according to the correct dates, so this issue is causing me significant inconvenience. I made the payment of ₺14,817 using my virtual card and have only attempted communication via email so far but haven’t received a reply.
