Agoda No Refund - Booking Canceled, Unable to Contact Support
Today I made a reservation through Agoda for Kuşadası Pine Bay Hotel and paid ₺28,566.56 with my debit card. However, a few minutes later the reservation was canceled without any explanation, and no refund was issued. My reservation number is 1654359197. No clear reason for the cancellation was provided, and it is not possible to reach customer service. Communication is only available via a chatbot, which does not offer a meaningful solution. There is no email address or Turkey-based phone number. If my reservation can be reinstated, please arrange it; if not, I request that the amount I paid be refunded as soon as possible.
