Agoda Misleading Hotel Listing - Request for Refund
I have a serious complaint. Are you joking with us, Agoda? You advertise a 5-star hotel, but I ended up in a hotel that has no stars and no pool, all while you misled me with discounts. My name is Guldemir A**. I stayed at Fez Inn Hotel in Bayrampaşa, Istanbul, from July 14, 2024, to July 21, 2024.
