Agoda Misleading Hotel Listing - Request for Refund

I have a serious complaint. Are you joking with us, Agoda? You advertise a 5-star hotel, but I ended up in a hotel that has no stars and no pool, all while you misled me with discounts. My name is Guldemir A**. I stayed at Fez Inn Hotel in Bayrampaşa, Istanbul, from July 14, 2024, to July 21, 2024.
If my money is not refunded to my account before 17:00 on Monday, I will file a complaint with the Ministry of Tourism through my lawyer. Here is my phone number for you to call: 0**32 065***.
I expect a prompt resolution to this issue, as it is unacceptable to misrepresent accommodations and take advantage of customers. Thank you.
