Agoda Hotel Refused to Honor Reservation for 3 Adults
I made a reservation through Agoda under reservation number 606478027 for Destiny Marine Hotel in Istanbul Kartal, with a December 10 check-in date, for 3 nights and one room for 3 adults. I paid the full amount in advance. Even though my reservation confirmation clearly showed 3 adult guests, when I arrived at the hotel, the front desk stated that three people were not allowed to stay in one room and therefore refused to accommodate us.
Despite the inconvenience caused, the hotel offered no solution and explicitly stated that they do not issue refunds. The hotel manager behaved extremely rudely and essentially forced us to leave the property. As a result, we were unable to stay at the hotel and also lost the money we had already paid.
