Agoda Failed to Update My Reservation Dates

Oops! I made a mistake with my reservation dates. I had initially booked for 04.08.2024 to 04.08.2024, but I actually need it for 06.08-07.08. Is it possible to make this change? I reached out to Agoda via phone to request their assistance in relaying the change of date to the hotel. Despite the hotel's acceptance of the change, Agoda failed to communicate this to the property, leading to the unfortunate situation where I was unable to utilize my reservation. I would like to request a refund.
