Agoda double charged me for a booking in Goa and refuses to refund me. I have been in contact with them via email since May 2025. They also canceled my prepaid booking without any notification, leaving us stranded in a foreign country. I do not recommend this platform for booking accommodations, and I will not be using Agoda again in the future.
