Agoda Customer Support Unreachable — How to Get Refund for Canceled Hotel
On October 31, 2025, my reservation at Glorious House Göreme made through Agoda was canceled. However, after the cancellation, I did not receive any information regarding when my refund would be processed. My reservation number is 1664336719, and I paid a total of $90 using my bank card.
I tried to contact Agoda customer service, but could not find any phone number to reach them. Additionally, I have not submitted any further requests or support tickets through the platform.
I request that the amount I paid be refunded to my account as soon as possible, and I expect clear information and a prompt resolution to this issue.
