Agoda Booking Refund - White Monarch Hotel Unsanitary Conditions




I booked a 6-night stay at White Monarch Hotel through Agoda between October 6–12, 2025 (Booking ID: 1656564370). However, the hotel conditions were far below expectations. The room was not clean, there were women’s hairs on the bed, and even the toilet hygiene seal was missing. Because of this, I only stayed one night and did not stay for the remaining 5 nights. When I spoke with the hotel staff, they informed me that the payment was processed by Agoda and any refund must also be handled by Agoda. Unfortunately, I could not find any option on Agoda to request a cancellation or refund. There is no Turkish support agent available, and the online chatbot was not helpful. Therefore, I kindly request a partial or full refund for the 5 unused nights. Please resolve this issue and address my complaint.
