Ecco Cash Failed to Recover Funds Sent to Inactive Africabet Account

I use an Ecco Cash wallet, and today at 14:23, I mistakenly sent a $10 deposit from my wallet to an Africabet account that is blocked. After this transfer, the money appears frozen, and I cannot access or use it. I tried to reach Africabet about this issue, but the phone numbers listed for them are invalid, and they did not respond to the customer support messages I sent through their in‑app SMS platform. Since Africabet is unreachable and the account is blocked, I am unable to resolve the situation from their side. In this situation, I kindly request that Ecco Cash refund the frozen $10 back to my Ecco Cash wallet, or otherwise return this amount to me if a refund is possible, so that I do not lose my money due to this blocked account.
