Africabet Release My Funds Please

I have an Africabet sports betting account registered under the user ID 273314974 with the name. Today at around 14:10, I made a deposit into this account, but since then, the money has been showing as “frozen,” and I am not able to access or use these funds, even though I can log in to my account without any problem. I have not been able to contact Africabet customer support because I do not have any contact details, so I am turning to you through this complaint. I kindly request that my frozen funds be unfrozen immediately so that I can use my balance as intended, or that I be given a clear explanation for the freezing and a prompt solution.
