Adidas Online Order Not Delivered and No Shipping Update

On April 8, I placed an order on Adidas Online using my credit card (Order No: atr91176303). Despite a significant amount of time passing, my order has still not been delivered. I have not received any information indicating that the product has been shipped, nor has there been any delivery attempt.

During this time, I contacted Adidas customer service at least six times. Each time, I was told that my request had been forwarded to the warehouse and that the warehouse responsible for shipping needed to approve it. However, no concrete action has been taken, and the issue remains unresolved.

Due to this ongoing inconvenience, I request that the full amount of my undelivered order be refunded to me immediately.

The product never arrived. Adidas didn't contact me. They silently canceled the product (exactly after a month) and issued a refund.
