Adidas Failed to Deliver My Beşiktaş 2-Person Combo Won in Their Promotion
I won a Beşiktaş seasonal 2-person combo from Adidas, but no matter what I do, I still haven't gotten it. I’ve contacted them several times, but it looks like Adidas and U2 aren’t doing anything to fix the problem. It's really worrying that there's no attention or follow-up, and it seems like I'm being overlooked. It's really annoying when a big brand like Adidas doesn't follow through on their promotions or offer good customer service to sort things out. I’m done with this back and forth. I won’t support this brand anymore if they can’t handle a simple promotion. I’m asking them to sort this out and send me the prize I earned.
