Adidas Did Not Notify Me About the Signed Liverpool Jersey Raffle

I have been a loyal Liverpool fan for a long time and have shopped many times from Adidas. As is known, after Liverpool’s contract with Nike ended, the team signed with Adidas. I had already purchased products from Adidas before and became an Adiclub member, earning points from my purchases. These points can be used in raffles and for shopping. As an Adiclub member, I regularly receive emails from Adidas about campaigns that may interest me. However, I recently missed the raffle for a signed Liverpool jersey because I did not receive any email notification from Adidas about it. I do not always have the chance to manually check raffles. Adidas constantly sends me emails, such as the one I attached about an "Originals Watch," which was likely sent based on interests marked in my profile. Adidas may argue that I did not indicate I am a Liverpool fan, but as shown in the attachment, the team selection screen in the Adidas app does not include Liverpool, so I cannot add this information to my profile. For this reason, I believe I was excluded from receiving the Liverpool jersey raffle notification. While Adidas informs me daily about many other campaigns, due to this shortcoming in the app, I did not receive an email about the one matter I care about the most.
