I registered on the 888starz website on October 15, 2025, and deposited $69 into my account. However, immediately after making the deposit, I was no longer able to log in. I constantly receive an “Incorrect username or password” error. I tried the “Forgot Password” option multiple times and reset my password, but the problem was never resolved.

When I contacted customer support, they directed me to [email protected]
. They ask me every day to send my ID and a photo of myself with the current date. I have submitted all requested documents completely, yet each time they ask for a new photo with a different date, and I receive no actual response or resolution. When I contact live chat, the only reply I get is “You need to wait, the relevant team is handling it.”

I currently have $69 in my account, and this is the first time I have ever signed up for this site. I was never clearly informed whether my account was locked due to verification or security reasons. I demand that my issue be resolved immediately, that access to my account be restored, and that my money be refunded.
