888starz Holding My $460 Deposit & Not Crediting or Refunding
On November 25, 2025 at 11:32 AM, I deposited $460 via bank transfer from Enpara to my 888starz account. Even though the transfer receipt had a blank description field, 888starz clearly acknowledged that they received the funds — yet they have neither credited it to my account nor refunded my money.
I have reported the issue multiple times both via email and through the live support section on their website. Despite writing through both the investment/withdrawal platform and live chat, they offered no solution. On top of that, I was blocked in live support, and no one responded to any of my emails.
I do not accept having my money held like this without providing any service or my consent. I demand that 888starz promptly refund the full $460 I sent via Enpara to my accounts without further delay.
