I Face Unfair Ban on My 8 Ball Pool Account With 16,000 Coins Lost
On September 12, 2025, at around 11:45 p.m., I lost access to my 8 Ball Pool account, which I play on my Android device using Facebook login. I received a message stating that “your account has been banned for violating the game’s rules.” However, I have never broken any rules in the game, so this ban is completely unfair and has caused me serious inconvenience.
My account had a balance of approximately 15,000–16,000 coins. I tried logging in using different devices and internet connections, but the result was always the same — I kept getting the same ban message. I have not yet contacted the support team about this issue.
I am requesting that my account be reinstated, or, if that’s not possible, that all my purchases and in-game balance be refunded.
My User ID is 4927891845, and I log in through Facebook. I kindly ask that this issue be reviewed and resolved as soon as possible.
