I Face Unjust Ban on 8 Ball Pool Account and No Response From Miniclip Support

I play 8 Ball Pool on the iOS platform, and my account (ID: 156-785-804-9) was banned on April 28, 2024, without any explanation or prior warning. I received no notification or reason for the ban.

I had made one in-game purchase before the ban. After losing access to my account, I contacted Miniclip customer support, but I haven’t received any response.

I’m requesting that my account be reactivated and that a detailed investigation be conducted into the reason for the ban. I want to understand what caused this issue and regain access to my account.
