Paid $35 for 8 Ball Pool Coins, Got Warning and Lost Everything Next Day

I purchased the “Piggy Bank 4” package in the 8 Ball Pool game on my Android device through Google Play, paying $35. The purchase was made using my Facebook-linked account with the username “Parzi.” The payment appears in my Google Play history under the transaction ID GPA.3354-4847-3237-74086.
Everything worked fine on the first day. However, the next day when I tried to log into the game, I received an error message, and my account was logged out. When I logged back in, I noticed that my chips had decreased, and a warning appeared stating that coins obtained from third parties had been revoked. The message also warned that my account could be banned if the issue occurred again. This is completely unfair, as I purchased the coins directly through the official game store on Google Play using my credit card. I have never used any third-party websites, hacks, or illegal tools.
As a result of this issue, I lost both my payment and my purchased chips. I contacted both in-game support and Google Play customer service, but I haven’t received any response yet. I had a similar problem once before but didn’t report it at the time.
I’m requesting a full refund for my payment and the restoration of my lost chips. I also ask for a proper review of this issue so that legitimate players aren’t penalized for official purchases.
