If 8 Ball Pool took your coins after a disconnection mid-game, here’s how to try recovering them:

• Check your connection: Make sure the issue wasn’t due to unstable internet. Miniclip usually doesn’t refund for user-side disconnections, but it’s still worth reporting.
• Take screenshots: Capture your current coin balance, the match entry fee, and any error messages if possible.
• Contact Miniclip Support:

Go to support.miniclip.com.

Select 8 Ball Pool > Technical Issue > Lost Coins or Progress.

Provide your User ID, date/time of the match, table name, and proof.
