I have been playing the 8 Ball Pool game for 7 years and always followed the rules. Some time ago, I took a break because I constantly encountered rule-breaking players, which negatively affected my gaming experience. During that time, my in-game balance of approximately 25 billion coins was reset without explanation. Despite this setback, I started playing again and gradually rebuilt my winnings. However, I once again faced players using unfair tactics and reported them each time through the proper channels.
Shockingly, instead of taking action against those cheating players, my own account was banned. Worse yet, not just one but both of my accounts were closed without clear justification. This is extremely disappointing and unfair. If I truly violated any rules, I expect to be informed and penalized accordingly—but banning my accounts without any wrongdoing on my part is unethical.
I request the immediate reactivation of my accounts and the restoration of my game balance. I also expect a fair review of my case and an apology for the emotional stress and time wasted due to this mistake. Please correct this wrongful ban promptly and ensure fair treatment for honest players like me.
