On October 6, 2025, I requested a withdrawal of ₺17,500 from my 7Slots account, using my İş Bankası account for the transaction. I have the receipt as proof of payment. However, the money was never transferred to my bank account. When I contacted the site’s management, they told me, “You’ve been reported, we can’t pay you,” without providing any further explanation or evidence.

This was my first experience using the platform, and I honestly didn’t expect to face such an issue. I couldn’t find a customer service number or any reliable way to contact support, leaving me completely without assistance.

I request that my withdrawal of ₺17,500 be processed and paid immediately. I also urge 7Slots to provide transparency and proper communication regarding account-related issues to prevent similar cases in the future.
