I am writing regarding an unresolved issue with my deposit on 4rabet. On 27 March at around 3:00 p.m., I deposited ₹5,500 to my 4rabet account via Paytm using my mobile phone. The amount was deducted from my Paytm account, and the transaction reference number is 399666411439, but the money has still not been credited to my 4rabet wallet even though 7 days have passed. I contacted your support team multiple times. First I was told that the funds had been received and would be credited shortly, then I was told the deposit was still in processing. Until now, there has been no final resolution, and my balance is still not updated even though the money was taken from my account. I request that this issue be resolved urgently by either immediately crediting ₹5,500 to my 4rabet wallet or refunding the full amount back to my bank/Paytm account, and providing a clear explanation of what went wrong with this transaction.
