I Cannot Get a UTR Number for My Delayed 4rabet Withdrawal

On 16 June, I requested a withdrawal of 13,000 INR via IMPS from my 4rabet account to my Bank of Baroda bank account ending with 0217. In the 4rabet system, the status of this withdrawal is shown as “paid out”, but the money has still not been credited to my bank account. They keep repeating that they are “reviewing the issue” and that the amount has been paid from their side. I specifically requested the UTR number or any official proof of the transaction so that I could follow it up with my bank, but they are refusing to share this information and only keep stating that the payment was processed. I am feeling completely helpless in this situation. I request that 4rabet urgently investigate this missing withdrawal and ensure the immediate credit of the 13,000 INR to my Bank of Baroda account ending with 0217, or provide clear proof of the transfer including the UTR number so that the issue can finally be resolved.
