4rabet Withdrawal Paid Out But Not Credited In Bank Account


I have been using the 4rabet application and on 12 May 2026 I requested a withdrawal of ₹17,566 via IMPS to my SBI bank account. More than a month has passed, but this amount has still not been credited to my account. I contacted 4rabet customer support starting from 13 May and repeatedly followed up. Each time, they told me there is no refund and no error on their side. They also shared a UTR number for this transaction: 299353663***. Based on this UTR, I approached SBI customer care and my bank clearly informed me that this transaction has not been credited to my account at all. Despite providing 4rabet with this information and repeatedly explaining that the funds have not reached my SBI account, I am only getting standard replies instead of a solution. My latest communication reference with 4rabet support is SUP-1449535 T6tK36UqdWHk76DMQ1yrjKL126TVI***. I feel deeply harassed and helpless because my money is stuck in between, and neither side is resolving the issue. I request 4rabet to urgently investigate this failed IMPS withdrawal and either immediately credit ₹17,566 to my SBI account using a valid and traceable transaction, or return the same amount back to my 4rabet wallet so that I do not suffer any financial loss. I also expect a clear written explanation of what went wrong with this withdrawal.

According to the available records, the withdrawal was successfully processed and paid from our side. UTR: 299353663485 An additional verification was conducted with the payment channels involved. Based on the results of these checks, no errors were identified during the payout process, and no rejected transaction or returned funds have been received back on our side. As the withdrawal was completed successfully and no refund has been received, any further investigation regarding the current location of the funds must be carried out by the receiving bank using the UTR provided above. We kindly recommend contacting your bank again and requesting a detailed trace of the transaction using UTR 299353663485. The bank should be able to provide information regarding the status of the transfer within their payment network.
I have already contacted my bank but my bank was clearly told me the amount is not credited in my account and my bank manager was advised me to please provide transaction report then my bank help me out , but the 4rabet team still not provide the transaction report , then what i do now in such conditions
