WePlay Asia Server Account Blocked and Support Not Responding

I am writing regarding my WePlay account on the Asia server, which was suddenly blocked on 21 June 2026 following what I believe to be a false report. My account is used on an Android device and my in‑game ID is 313339***. Since the ban on 21 June 2026, I have been unable to access my account and have lost access to all progress and items linked to it. Immediately after my account was banned, I contacted WePlay support on 21 June 2026. However, I did not receive any clear explanation or specific reason for the ban, nor any satisfactory response that addressed my situation. I have not been informed of any concrete violation, and I strongly believe that this ban is the result of an unjust or false report. I respectfully request that my WePlay account be urgently reviewed and unbanned, and that any penalty applied to my account be removed so that I can continue using the game normally. I also ask to be clearly informed of the details of the investigation and the exact reason for the ban, if any, so that I can avoid any similar issue in the future.
