Give Me My Payment Immediately
I am using 4rabet from India and recently faced a serious issue with two deposits made via Paytm. I deposited an amount of 20,000 and another amount of 10,000 through Paytm. The money for both transactions was successfully deducted from my Paytm account, but neither of these amounts has been credited to my 4rabet balance, even after 19 days. I have the transaction details and reference numbers in my Paytm history showing that both payments were successful on Paytm’s side. I contacted 4rabet customer support about this issue, and they replied that the deposits were failed. However, this information clearly contradicts my Paytm records, which show both transactions as successful and completed. Despite this, the total of 30,000 is still neither in my 4rabet account nor returned to my Paytm wallet. I request that 4rabet urgently investigate these transactions and immediately credit the total amount of 30,000 to my 4rabet account, since the payments have already been successfully taken from my Paytm. I also expect a clear explanation of why this issue occurred and why it has remained unresolved for so long.
