4rabet Deposits Deducted From Bank But Never Credited
I have a serious issue with multiple deposits I made to my 4rabet account that were deducted from my bank accounts but never credited to my 4rabet balance. In total, 32,090 rupees from five separate payments are still pending. On 5 May, I deposited 390 rupees. On 6 May, I deposited 20,000 rupees. On 8 May, I deposited 700 rupees. On 13 May, I made two more deposits, one for 5,000 rupees and another for 6,000 rupees. These payments were made from my Kotak bank account and Airtel Payments Bank. All of these amounts were successfully debited from my bank/payment accounts, but none of them were added to my 4rabet balance. I have contacted 4rabet customer support many times about these five missing deposits, but I have received no proper response for around twenty days. My total of 32,090 rupees is stuck without any explanation or solution, which is very worrying and unacceptable. I request that all of these missing deposits (390 rs, 20,000 rs, 700 rs, 5,000 rs and 6,000 rs, totalling 32,090 rs) be urgently traced and either credited to my 4rabet account or refunded back to my original payment methods as soon as possible. I also expect a clear written explanation for the failure to credit these deposits and for the lack of response from customer support despite my repeated attempts to get help.
