4rabet Deposit Not Credited After Bank Transfer – ₹900 Missing

I am writing regarding an issue with a ₹900 deposit I made to the 4rabet website that has not been properly credited. On March 12, 2026, at around 4:14 a.m., I transferred ₹900 from my Bank of Maharashtra account to 4rabet via bank transfer. The transaction reference number is 387333022329.
The amount has been deducted from my bank account, but it has not appeared in my 4rabet balance. This is the first time I have experienced such an issue on 4rabet, as I regularly use the platform without any problems. I also have screenshots as proof of the successful transaction and the missing balance in my game account.
I am using the service from Pathankot, Punjab. I request that this issue be urgently reviewed and that my missing ₹900 be resolved as soon as possible, either by crediting it to my 4rabet account or refunding it back to my Bank of Maharashtra account associated with this transaction.
