I made a deposit of 2,000 INR to the Jalwa game via PhonePe on 06/06/2026 by scanning a QR code UPI, but the amount has not been credited to my Jalwa game ID. My game UID is 371504. The money was successfully debited from my PhonePe account, yet my in‑game balance still shows no change. After noticing that the amount did not appear in my Jalwa account, I contacted support on the Jalwa platform and requested help. However, even after 17–18 days, I have not received any proper assistance or solution, and the issue remains unresolved. I kindly request that my deposit of 2,000 INR be added to my Jalwa game ID (UID 371504) without any further delay, or that you complete whatever internal verification is needed so that the amount correctly reflects in my game balance.
