Complaint About Unaurhorized CooMeet Subscription

I am writing regarding an issue with my Coomeet monthly subscription. Today I chose the option advertised at 1.99, but instead of being charged only this amount, my Mastercard was charged twice for approximately 7, on top of the 1.99 amount. These unexpected extra charges were made today while I am using the service from Canada. I did not authorize or agree to these two 7 charges and I have not yet contacted Coomeet support or my bank about this issue. I request that Coomeet investigate this billing error and provide a full refund of the two incorrect 7 charges that were taken from my Mastercard. I also ask that you ensure my subscription is billed only at the correct 1.99 amount going forward and inform me in writing once this has been resolved.
