4rabet UPI Deposit Missing Despite Successful Paytm Payment
On 27 May, I made a deposit of 5000 INR to my 4rabet account using UPI through Paytm, but the amount has still not been credited to my game wallet even though the payment was successful on my side. The UTR number of this transaction is 606909265***. When I contacted 4rabet customer support about this issue, they replied that they did not receive the money and told me to contact my bank to track the transaction. I then contacted my bank’s customer care, and they clearly informed me that the transaction was successful and that the money was transferred to the merchant account. Despite this, 4rabet is still not crediting the 5000 INR to my game wallet and is not providing a proper resolution. For this issue, 4rabet support created the ticket with application number SUP-1495996, but even with this reference there has been no effective help. I request that my deposit of 5000 INR, paid via UPI Paytm on 27 May with UTR 606909265*** and ticket number SUP-1495996, be urgently verified and credited to my 4rabet game account without any further delay.
