4rabet Deposit Not Credited

I made a deposit on 4rabet via UPI on 28 March for the amount of 4,999.79, which was debited from my bank account, but the money has still not been credited to my 4rabet playing account. It has now been 6 days and not a single penny of this amount has appeared in my balance. When I contacted 4rabet support multiple times (around 7–8 times), they informed me that my deposit with UTR number 608736230129 has been received and registered under ticket number SUP-1262352. I was told that the status is “open” and that the deposit is being processed by the Finance Department, and that I should wait for the payment provider to confirm the transaction and that the deposit would be credited shortly. Despite this, nothing has been credited so far. I also contacted my bank/UPI provider, and they confirmed that the amount has indeed been debited successfully and received on their side, so the issue is clearly not from my bank. I request that 4rabet either immediately credit the full amount of 4,999.79 to my 4rabet game account or refund the same amount back to my bank account without any further delay, and resolve this open ticket as soon as possible.
