4Rabet Mobikwik Deposit Not Credited

On 12 April at around 4:13 pm, I made a deposit of about 300 rupees to my 4rabet account using my Mobikwik wallet. The amount was successfully deducted from my Mobikwik wallet, but it has still not been credited to my 4rabet account. This issue is registered under ticket ID SUP-1339962 and the transaction UTR is 846535191956. Since that time, I have been waiting for the amount to either be credited or refunded, but it has now been several days with no resolution. I contacted 4rabet support multiple times, including by email. They first told me that they were waiting for the merchant to release the payment, but even after 3 days the status has not changed and I am still getting the same response. Now they have stopped responding to my emails. I also contacted Mobikwik support, and they informed me that the money has already been sent to the receiver’s bank account, which means the payment has gone through from their side. I am stuck in the middle between 4rabet and Mobikwik even though the 300 rupees has been taken from my wallet and I still cannot use it. I request that this issue be resolved urgently by either refunding the 300 rupees back to my Mobikwik wallet or immediately crediting it to my 4rabet account, and I would like a clear explanation of what happened to this transaction.
