Today I made a payment of ₹300 via Google Pay UPI to my 4rabet account, but the amount is not showing in my 4rabet balance even though it has been debited from my bank account. In Google Pay the transaction is marked as completed, yet my 4rabet account has not been updated. It has been about 5 minutes since the payment, and I am not seeing any option or accessible support channel in the 4rabet app to report this issue or contact customer service. I am worried because the money has left my account but is not visible in my 4rabet account. I request that my ₹300 either be immediately refunded to my UPI bank account or the issue be resolved by crediting the same amount to my 4rabet balance without any further delay. I expect a clear explanation of what went wrong with this transaction and a prompt resolution.
