4rabet Bank Transfer Successful But Wallet Not Updated

I made a deposit of 2,000 to my 4rabet account on 2 April 2026. The transaction was successful and the money was deducted from my bank, but even after 5 days the amount has still not been credited to my 4rabet wallet. When I contacted 4rabet customer support, they told me that they did not receive the payment and that there was a payment gateway issue, saying the payment provider did not confirm it. However, when I contacted my bank/payment provider, they clearly informed me that the transaction was successfully completed. I am stuck between 4rabet and the payment provider even though the money has left my account. I kindly request that the missing 2,000 be credited to my 4rabet gaming wallet as soon as possible.
