Stuck In 1xBet’s Endless Verification Loop

I want to withdraw from 1xBet. I won a big bet on August 10 and submitted a withdrawal request, but they asked me to verify my account and the process is taking an very long time. I can’t get through this difficult verification, as there is always something that 1xBet claims doesn’t fit, yet no one explains what exactly the problem is.
